[Section-A] (Reading)
- Read the following passage and answer the questions: 15
What makes a terrorist? The concept of terrorism is itself controversial because it is often used by states to brand political opponents and thus legitimise the state’s own mis- use of power against those opponents. But one man’s ter- rorist can be another man’s freedom-fighter. Again one man’s freedom-fighter to today can be the same man’s terrorist of tomorrow. A society can be formed only when a particular group of people with common inclination ide- ologies and level of enthusiasm assemble on the same plat- form to work together. While most of them strongly feel like preserving their indivisual identities some of them in- variably find themselves drawn towards this social group.
Questions:

एक समय की बात है, जब देश में अकाल पड़ा था। लोग परेशान थे और उम्मीद खो चुके थे। तभी एक छोटे से गाँव के लड़के, अर्जुन, ने ठान लिया कि वह कुछ करेगा। उसने गाँव के सभी लोगों को एकत्र किया और मिलकर जल स्रोतों को पुनर्जीवित किया। कुछ ही महीनों में, देश में समृद्धि लौट आई, और अर्जुन को वीरता के लिए सम्मान मिला।
